costs in Kuali
When the shipping costs post in Kuali what is the Object code or the Transaction Ledger Entry Description going to be? It does not show up the next day, and it would be helpful for us to find the charges, Thanks!

Thank you for using UserEcho Bonnie! There is a dedicated webpage that answers all of these questions (and is included in the Kuali Transaction Ledger Entry Description). It's the green button called Kuali Charges on the Transtream Login page. You can also get to it by going to www.cr.colostate.edu/charges. Transactions are now delayed 2 business days due to the 24/7/365 nature of Transtream and the timing of Kuali uploads. Let us know if you have any further questions.

address book didn't import
I am looking for my old iship address book. I followed instructions months ago to be able to import it into the new system. Nothing is there. How do I import it.

deleting addresses
how do you delete addresses once they are entered. I have a couple of address that are duplicates, that I just don't need.

Hi Michelle,
Thank you for your question! Here is a published self-help article that describes exactly how to do that: https://csutranstream.userecho.com/knowledge-bases/2/articles/23-address-book It's at the bottom of that article, includes an animated gif on how to do it as well.

Address book - import
When I created my account in Transtream, there were already addresses in my address book (not mine). I did the import and received the message that it was a success, but the addresses did not change from what was already there. My addresses did not import. I tried logging out and back in, I tried the address book on log-in page and under create a shipping requisition - also tried "all" and "personal". Took snip of message after import.

Hi Deborah,
Sorry for the trouble (and the delay, I was teaching a Transtream session today). Our vendor made a change this morning that inadvertently broke registration for those that had not already created their accounts. This issue should be resolved and you should now be able to login and create your account.
Thanks!
Richard

Hi Shannon,
We ran into a technical issue this morning that should now be resolved. Please try again.
Thank you!
Richard

Shipping costs in "View Shipments"
I understand that the estimated cost of shipping, as we see it when submitting the order, may be different than the actual cost once you have measured/weighed the package yourself, since weights and measures go off of your/vendor's scales. When viewing shipments that have already been processed, does the shipping cost in that receipt reflect the actual charge? Or just the generic estimated charge? I like to keep track of our true shipping expenses, so it would be helpful to know if the receipt reflects the actual charges.

View Shipment tab
In the test version, any shipments that are created and submitted do not show up in this tab. Will this tab be active when it goes live?
