address book didn't import

I am looking for my old iship address book.  I followed instructions months ago to be able to import it into the  new system.  Nothing is there.  How do I import it.

Hi Anita,

Sorry for the trouble.  Here are instructions on how to Import your Address Book:  https://csutranstream.userecho.com/knowledge-bases/2/articles/12-address-book-import

Once you do that, follow these steps as we have a known bug:


  1. Click the LOG OUT Button in the upper right corner
  2. Close all browser windows
  3. Log back into Transtream
  4. Everything should be normal and your addresses should be visible.
