Email notifications
When Transtream sends out email notifications, does it take the email from the first page (where the shipping info is), or from the chargebacks page (where the shipper info is)?

Transtream will request carrier e-mails be sent to the e-mail addresses listed in the Ship To Email field and the Ship From Email field. The information in the chargebacks section is solely for internal use only, no e-mails are generated from the Shipper E-mail Address field in the Chargebacks tab.
