Shipment Request Form Blurry

The shipment request form is blurry on both website/monitor and when printed out.

Finally got an answer back from our Vendor.  They fixed the blurry B&W version, they will not support a color version at this time.  Better late than never for an answer!  Thanks for your feedback!  -Richard

hello, is there a way to add or delete the items on the unit of measure drop down,

there are a lot of choices that we will never use and there are some measures that we could add.

Shipping multiple packages to multiple locations

Many times, especially during the fall, I ship multiple packages to different locations at the same time. For example, I may ship 5 packages to San Diego and 8 packages to Atlanta on the same day. How do I make sure all the packages for each shipment remain together? Do I print out enough shipping labels for all the boxes (as I do now in iShip) and tape them to the correct packages?

Is it possible to have the info in the Chargebacks (Billing section) autofill?  I'm not sure about anyone else, but that info never changes for me.

Prices in Transtream QA/UAT aren't the same as iShip

Why are prices not the same as they are in iShip?

Answer

For the time being, do not rely on rates in Transtream to be accurate compared to iShip.  The accounts we are using in QA/UAT are test accounts and do not accurately reflect our contracted rates at this time.  If this changes I will update this thread.  Thank you!
