unit of measure drop down

hello, is there a way to add or delete the items on the unit of measure drop down,

there are a lot of choices that we will never use and there are some measures that we could add.

Thanks Paul!  Can you start a list of those measures that you would like to see added to this list that are not already in there?  When you have that list compiled, please post here.  Thx!

I have brought this up to our vendor an unfortunately at this time they do not have a mechanism to add or remove from the pre-populated list, or to alphabetize it as it is tied in with AES (which we do not utilize).  I have requested that they consider changing this in a future release as a customization list.
