Getting an error that none of the carriers selected a return rate for my shipment. What do I do?
I'm currently receiving an error when I get to the choose rate step, that none of the carriers have selected a return rate for the shipment. And therefore I have no option to continue the shipment requisition.

Hi Katie,
I’m out of the office today, for immediate issues always call the Shipping Desk at 491-5347 for immediate assistance.
No rates are generally due to an address issue or package weight/dimensions or similar issue. They can help you narrow it down. Screen shots when reporting this type of issue are also really helpful.
